This book was seven years in the making. The first poem, Starseed, came to me while I was on a life-changing trip to (India and) Bali around my 30th birthday. That trip connected me to a more holistic, creative side of myself, and poetry became a way to process the new life that was unfolding.

Her Journey Home traces the threads that guided me back to myself:

• romantic relationships

• abandonment and worthiness wounds

• the longing to belong

• the reclamation of my power as a woman

• a deep remembering of oneness and interconnectedness through nature

The book is divided into four sections, four phases of transformation, I’ve repeatedly found myself in and codified through this book:

ACTIVATION The awakening. A moment where something cracks open. A new way emerges.

INTEGRATION Where the real work begins. Where vision meets reality. The practice of living what you’ve seen, of embodying what you now know.

SURRENDER The turning point. The moment you realize you can’t force transformation. An active letting go.

TRANSCENDENCE Bearer of fruit. Not an escape from the human experience, a deeper intimacy with it.

My hope from sharing this book is to inspire, encourage, empower you to keep going. Stay the path, your path. Divine guidance is shaping and returning you to love.
