Conjunction is putting the pieces back together in a more harmonious way.

A puzzle is much harder to put together when you don’t know what the picture is.

In this stage, you have a clear innerstanding of yourself, triggers, mechanisms, patterns, needs, goals, desires, the bigger picture and fine details of your life—that you helped design—and can now make progress fitting the right pieces together.

Putrefaction is the breaking down of old and utilizing that to create space for and fertilize what’s new.

I bet you wouldn’t want to live in a hoarder house—where all the trash you every created just accumulated and was never removed, right?

In this stage, it’s time to commit to taking out the emotional and relational trash of your life in order to create the necessary space for what’s fresh and new to shine through.

Distillation is a process meant to increase purity. You get the truest essence. The heart of the matter.

Ironically, some things that were bitter or acrid become sweet like honey and vice versa—what was sweet becomes bitter.

In this stage, the mechanisms, habits, and addictions that once ruled you start to more naturally shift into healthier ones thanks to your increased awareness and dissatisfaction that old ways are out of alignment with your values, vision, and vitality.

Coagulation is the full coming together and settling. Maturity.

Like a fine whisky aged for several years—or cheese for those who don’t drink—a level of maturity is reached.

You operate like a bottle of Macallan tastes, engaging with yourself, others, the world—women—from a place of more confidence, assertiveness, empathy, and reciprocal admiration, love, & intimacy.

You know yourself and your innate worth.
