Hey! I’m AMANDA.

What’s up and welcome to THE HEART-THROB HUB!

It’s one of my passions to help men like you build the internal foundation necessary to attract the love you desire and feel confident enough to rise in love, even when it's tempting to sabotage or run away.

Yes, I want that for you as much as you do.

I always found it easier to connect with guys, and have been a go-to confidante for male friends since childhood—the one female they felt comfortable being vulnerable with and opening up to more than anyone else.

I sustained this male/female friendship comfort into adulthood, throughout my travels, and also have my personal dating and love life to add to the mix.

Through it all, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impacts of avoidance and numbing on men that so desperately want the intimate connections they inadvertently sabotage, as well as the transformative power of being seen and supported.

I’m here to provide a safe space to explore and express yourself, navigate dynamics of the masculine and feminine energy dance—both internally and relationally, and gain insights into dating and relationships from a non-judgmental female perspective.

Because no matter what you want, it starts from within.
